Promotion Overview

o These are the terms and conditions for the promotional offer (the Promotion) in connection with Absolute Collagen’s sponsorship of Katherine Ryan's new podcast launching on 22 April 2025.

o The Promotion will start on Tuesday 22 April at 00:00 (BST) and will end on Saturday 30 Aug at 16:00 (BST) inclusive (the Promotional Period).

o Subject to the rest of these Promotion Terms, during the Promotional Period, new subscribers of Absolute Collagen’s “Marine Collagen Supplement” (the Drink or Powder) (28-day subscription) will be able to access a 30% discount off the price of the product on the first charge of their first 3 months of the Drink or Powder by applying code WHATSMYAGEAGAIN30 at checkout (the code).

Eligibility

o This Promotion is only available to new subscribers to the 28-day subscription plan of the Drink or Powder and each new subscriber is eligible to claim one discount only.

o If a new subscriber’s email address is on record as having previously cancelled a subscription of the Drink or Powder in the 365 days prior to the Promotional Period, that new subscriber will be ineligible to receive the discount.

o Participants in the Promotion must be 18 years or older and residents of the United Kingdom.

o Employees of Absolute Collagen, their immediate family members, and anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to participate.

o Absolute Collagen reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and to disqualify any participant that we reasonably believe has breached any of these Promotion Terms.

How to Redeem

o The 30% off discount will automatically be added to the shopping cart containing the 28-day subscription of the Drink or Powder on checkout at absolutecollagen.com, and is subject to availability while stocks last.

General Terms and Conditions

o Customers will be deemed to have accepted these Promotion Terms by participating in the Promotion.

o The Promotion is available strictly during the Promotional Period only and Absolute Collagen reserves the right to withdraw, amend or suspend this Promotion in its absolute discretion.

o The Promotion discount cannot be exchanged for cash, is non-transferable and is available only at absolutecollagen.com.

o The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers, discounts or promotional codes, beyond gift with purchase.

o The 30% Promotion discount applies only to the first 3 months of a 28-day subscription plan of the Drink or Powder, following which the subscription will automatically renew at the standard rate unless cancelled in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions.

o This Promotion is made available by Laceby Ltd, trading as Absolute Collagen, and the terms and conditions of sale available at absolutecollagen.com apply to this Promotion. To the extent that these Promotion Terms conflict with Absolute Collagen’s terms and conditions of sale, these Promotion Terms take precedence.

o These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
